When you're on the hunt for your next gaming graphics card, the absolute most important thing is that you've researched exactly what it should be able to handle. The amount of different games is now so large that it can be difficult to get an overview of what the different games require. It is always a good idea to start on manufacturers' websites, so that you can get an overview of the minimum requirement for the graphics card you are looking for.
Here at Refurb, we primarily sell Nvidia gaming graphics cards. In relation to gaming graphics cards, the process is that Nvidia produces the main ingredients, namely the graphics card circuit boards themselves, and thus the card itself. The specifications are then sent to manufacturers such as Asus, Gigabyte, MSI and many more, who make their version of the card. The individual manufacturers have different focus, and e.g. the MSI graphics card includes the obtion to use their overclocking program Afterburner. Asus almost always has a low profile version of the cards, and Asus gaming graphics cards are good for desktop computers, where there is less space for the individual parts. This could be, for example, a Mini Atx chassis with Cube or oblong shape.
