Fast delivery is always the alpha and omega - at Refurb we do everything we can so that you can have your order delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. Because we offer the possibility that a product is adapted to you and your needs 100%, the computer must go through our production - and this of course means that the processing time is a little longer than if we took the computer off the shelf. In return, it ensures you a completely updated machine that is tailored to you and your wishes.

Choose the shipping method you want

When you shop online at Refurb, you always have the option of choosing free shipping. There may be restrictions on which delivery methods this includes.

Standard delivery
There is basically 1-5 business day delivery time on all orders. In the event of delays, we will endeavor to inform you of this. During the trading process, it is possible to choose from several shipping options - including shipping companies, home or business delivery and delivery to parcel terminal / shop.

Express delivery
If your computer breaks down, there may be an urgent need for a replacement. We are aware of this - that is why we offer you, the possibility to get your order delivered quickly, through purchasing express delivery.

Pick up your order at Refurb

At Refurb you can choose to pick up your order. This can usually be done within 24 hours after ordering (on business days), but you will receive a direct message from us when your order is ready for collection.

The normal processing time for pick-up orders is 1-4 business days. You have the option of purchasing express handling. When picking up, it is important that you bring your order number.

Frequently asked questions

We usually have 2-5 business days delivery time when you order a product from us. If you order the product after 3 pm, the first day of the delivery time will start on the next business day thereafter. Should it be urgent, we offer you the opportunity to purchase express delivery.

Why not just send the product as soon as I order it?
We always first prepare the products when we receive the order itself, this means that we can not only take the produc off the shelf and send it away, but it must go through a production, cleaning and packaging flow before it leaves the warehouse.

We do this in order to be able to offer customization of as many of our products as possible, and as part of reducing any duplication of work in the preparation of the machines, if a customer wants, for example, a larger hard drive inserted in the machine, or wants to upgrade to Windows 10 Professional.

Of course you can! We at Refurb have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that you may use the product, install programs, test it, and actually generally use the product without it having any effect on your right of return. Therefore, you can probably give refurbished IT a try - without having to be unsure of what you are buying and whether you can return it again.

At Refurb, we have a number of different solutions regarding the shipping of your new refurbished equipment from us to you. There will always be a free option, and we also always try to offer some sharp and competitive prices on alternative forms of delivery, so you can receive your new equipment in the way that is best for you.

We use a number of different shipping companies to be able to offer you as a customer a wide range of options for how you want to receive your product. These include GLS and PostNord, among others. For orders where shipping on a pallet is necessary, you will be contacted about details of delivery.

If you receive a package that looks damaged, the first and most important thing is to take pictures of the package while opening it.

If a freight damage claim needs to be created, you can make it yourself at the distributor - or you can contact us at +45 7020 3647 where we can help get it done for you. If the product has no obvious shipping damage, but still does not work properly, you must either create a right of complaint claint here or contact us by phone at + 45 7020 3647.

All products received with errors will be treated as DOA (Dead On Arrival) cases, which will be prioritized at the front of the complaint processing, so we can get you started with your new refurbished products as soon as possible. We always test the products before we send them off, but we also know that electronics can fail - and that is precisely why we focus on as fast and easy RMA processing as possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up products on the same day as they are purchased. In this case our machines are in stock without Windows installed. We do this to enable the customer to decide whether they want the Home or Pro version of Windows installed.

The products can typically be picked up the next day, but in some cases it may take longer. Therefore, always wait to receive an email that the order is ready for collection. You are also welcome to write to us on our live chat or at and get a status on your order.
